Laser Pistol Prop

City Beneath the Sea Laser Pistol (Warner Bros. TV, 1971). Vintage original prop laser handgun constructed of tooled aluminum cylinder body with lathed aluminum barrel, side-scope, and back. With carved wooden grip handle and acrylic tube mounted to the top of the prop by two metal U-brackets with four colored gumdrop lights under the dome of the tube. Measures 10.5" x 8" x 5". The futuristic prop features an inset press-button in the front of the wooden grip, presumed to activate lights (electronics untested). Exhibiting age, production wear, rubbing and chipping to paint. The acrylic tube has a 1" break in the back with 2.5" crack. Accompanied with a COA from Alan J. Adler of the Museum of Mom & Pop Culture. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
