Original Deep-Sea Creatures Concept Artwork from Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea (TCF, 1961). Vintage original concept artwork featuring deep-sea fauna and flora as viewed from the "Seaview" submarine in a wonderful mid-century style of representation. In tempera and gouache measuring 34.5" x 12.25" image size on 4-ply artist illustration board measuring 39.75" x 15", housed in an archival mat hinged with clear mylar overlay. Companion artwork referenced on pp. 143-145 of "The Fantasy Worlds of Irwin Allen" by Jeff Bond, Creature Features 2019. Fine, with light scuffs to artwork and paper loss on the borders from mount removal. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
