Note the different copyright statements along the right edge of each card.

On the Topps card: "(c) T.C.G. PRTD. IN U.S.A"
On the A&BC card: "(c) A. & B. C. Ptd in England"

Topps cards measured 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches whereas the British A&BC cards were 2 3/16 x 3 3/16 inches.
