This is an alien costume design with several handwritten notes by the artist, as well signed by him. This walking plant was designed for the Lost in Space episode "The Raft" and Paul Zastupnevich used a monster from the Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea episode "Cradle of the Deep" as the basis for this alien.
